حذف الحساب والبيانات Account & Data Deletion — Barra (برا استلم من سيارتك)

هذه الصفحة تخص تطبيق «برا استلم من سيارتك» المطوَّر من barra team. يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك المرتبطة به بأي من الطريقتين التاليتين:

This page applies to the app "Barra" (برا استلم من سيارتك) by barra team. You can delete your account and its data in either of two ways:

الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول برقم جوالك.
  2. اذهب إلى حسابي.
  3. اختر حذف الحساب وأكّد الطلب.

In the app: sign in → My Account (حسابي) → Delete Account (حذف الحساب) → confirm.

الطريقة الثانية: بطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني

أرسل رسالة إلى aliabdulmohsen23@gmail.com من أي بريد، مع ذكر رقم جوالك المسجّل في التطبيق وعبارة «أطلب حذف حسابي». سنتحقق من ملكيتك للرقم وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

Or email aliabdulmohsen23@gmail.com stating your registered phone number and that you request account deletion. We verify ownership and delete within 30 days.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

Deleted: account, phone number, name, saved cars and photos, order history, loyalty points, ratings, notification tokens and device info.

ما الذي قد نحتفظ به مؤقتاً؟

Retained temporarily: invoice records required for accounting/regulatory purposes (de-identified), up to 12 months as required by Saudi regulations.
